Will fingerprint templates transfer between brands?
Between same-brand devices, usually yes. Across brands the algorithms differ, so re-enrolment is needed — we do it on site in one session.
Is the old device worth anything?
Often yes — we offer trade-in credit against the new unit on working ZKTeco and Suprema terminals.
