What a complete door actually costs
A door is never just a reader. Budget for the reader or controller, a magnetic lock or strike, an exit button, a power supply with battery backup, and the cabling run back to the switch. We quote all of it in one line rather than surprising you at installation.
Fire and civil defence compliance
Every locked door we install is tied into the fire alarm so locks release on alarm, with a mechanical break-glass on the egress side. This is not optional in UAE commercial premises and it is included in our installation scope.
